Designer Lasse Klein has created a completely awesome Alien Abduction Lamp. There’s a light bulb in the UFO, which lights up the windows and the abduction beam. It also comes with several different plastic figures—aliens to place in the UFO window and humans to abduct (or vice versa).
At the moment, this is just a concept design. At first, the designer was planning on leaving it that way, but the huge response he’s gotten over the past several months has led him to actually produce this. He’s creating a prototype with a UK company, and, if all goes well, the lamp will be available sometime this year.
I’ve definitely found something to add to my Christmas list this year….
