The µWatch is a DIY scientific calculator recently featured on Engadget.
As you may have gathered from the previous posts, I’m a bit of nerd. I was even more so in elementary school, when I wore huge glasses and a calculator watch. 
Even that oversized piece of plastic pales in comparison to this: a hand-crafted calculator watch that handles averages and algebra. The history page details how David Jones used to use an off-the-shelf scientific calculator watch until it broke. When he tried to replace it, he discovered that scientific calculator watches have not been available since 1987.
So, naturally, he built his own. Which is just awesome.
Coming soon, Jones plans to describe how to build your own scientific calculator watch, and maybe even offer the watches for sale himself. Stay tuned!
